(NASDAQ: DSCP) announced today that it has closed an exclusive five-year worldwide agreement, excluding the United States and Japan, to distribute the peripheral vascular stent products of Sorin Group (Reuters code: SORN.MI). Datascope will have a call option to acquire that business within two years.
